WHAT WE PROPOSE as MAIN TASKS:

·         Assist Senior System Analyst in managing projects to implement and support HR systems

·         Helping to collect data quality in all HR systems

·         Assist available data through reports/queries/dashboards for a proper analysis

·         Invite to participate in cross functional international projects in the Vetropack Group

·         In case when Senior System Analyst absent has to provide user support, for Success Factors

·         Assist HRIS to develop and maintains materials on how to use the system and trains new users

·         Working with Success Factors database.

·         Work with data in excel, PowerPoint presentation, to be able to make queries, pivot tables and prepare presentations.

WHAT KIND OF CANDIDATE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

·         Advanced skills in MS Office, Powerpoint / Excel

·         English level – upper intermediate
